Subsound Records has signed Mombu for the worldwide release of their forthcoming full length self titled album.
Mombu is the new voodoom creature of Luca T. MAi [ZU] and Antonio Zitarelli [NEO]. This sax and drums duo joins african rhythms with their jazz, hardcore and metal experience to create a new musical alchemy. Recorded and mixed by Matteo Spinazzè (Zu, Geoff Farina [Karate])and mastered by James Plotkin (Isis, Earth, Khanate), the new cd is coming out in April 2011 on Subsound Records and will be distributed by Code7/Plastic Head Distribution worldwide. The street date of the album will be announced soon.
