Underground Sounds in the Buffalo Bayou Park Cistern

Nine of Texas’ most distinctive musical improvisers will explore the deeply resonant acoustics of the Buffalo Bayou Park Cistern for the first time.

Nameless Sound presents six unique concerts, each with a different trio of creative musicians collaborating for the first time to explore the special sonic qualities of the Buffalo Bayou Park Cistern. No two concerts will be alike. Each will be a singular experience, never-to-be repeated, as we join these artists in a sonic journey of real-time musical composition. This is part of Buffalo Bayou Partnership’s Underground Sounds, a series of concerts presented in the Buffalo Bayou Park Cistern.

Each concert will feature three short solos, followed by a trio improvisation.
