Celebrating 60 years of revolutionary music, REDCAT is pleased to present a performance by the Pan Afrikan Peoples Arkestra playing new and memorable tunes. The Pan Afrikan Peoples Arkestra is a Black music ensemble from Los Angeles founded in 1961 by Horace Tapscott.
