claire rousay is one of the most revelatory young artists to recently emerge from America. Flipping her tools between domestic musique concrete, voice recordings, percussion and multi-instrumentalism, claire has already amassed a wide array of both solo and collaborative works exploring human relationships and self perception. With her careful editorial touch, claire reveals the intersection where the domestic and the banal meet the dramatic and near-mythic. An experimental micro documentary that’s maybe about the meaning of love and our relationships with one another, lifted from her twitter news feed and shot into the metaphysical world.

Cani Lenti is a collection of duels, some may say. As two different minds converge on the same project, the result may be of harmonious discipline as much as of pure contrast, and this may be the dichotomy that mainly characterizes this path. Improvised in the tradition of experimental music as well as assembled displaying a free use of tape speed and animal sounds, it’s a struggle –a skirmish– that strives to resemble at times film “sonorisations” and forgotten sounds, leading to a journey in the depths of Chthonian Music.
