LAUREN CAULEY | POP-UP CONCERTS
Violinist Lauren Cauley performs a program of recent works for solo violin that shows the breadth of sonic potential of her instrument. Composers featured include Richard Carrick, Piyawat Louilarpprasert, Clara Ionnatta, Jessie Montgomery, Dai Fujikura, and Timothy O’Dwyer.

RADICALLY PLAYFUL | DECODA
Beginning one hour prior to the concert and during intermission, audience members will have the chance to discover the context and inspiration for this “Radically Playful” program of folk music for an imaginary culture, a kitchen romance, and modern-day “musical offering” with Decoda musicians in the Jacobs Room at Carnegie Hall. Works to be performed include Missy Mazzoli’s Ecstatic Science, three Rags by William Bolcom, Indigenous Instruments by Steve Mackey, the world premiere of Brad Balliett’s Ice Princess (Suite from an Imaginary ballet; after Rameau), and La revue de cuisine by Bohuslav Martinu. A post-concert reception for all ticket holders will also be held in the Jacobs room.
