It must be almost autumn, because our late summer series of outstanding Norwegian improvisors is coming to end. The group plays in a style very reminiscent of Ornette Coleman and Don Cherry, with a touch of funk-soul jazz and blistering Fire Music to boot! Closing the show is another kind of Fure Music- in the form of Detroit’s sonic portal-crossing adventurers, Chatoyant.
