Every month, Nonsequitur and a community of like-minded presenters and artists offer ten concerts of adventurous music in an informal yet respectful setting: contemporary classical, free improvisation, the outer limits of jazz, electronic music, microtonal/new instruments, sound art, and other extraordinary sonic experiences. Fri. March 6, 8 PM; $5 – $15 at the doorThe Seattle Composers’ Salon features finished works, previews, and works in progress. Composers, performers, and audience members gather in a casual setting that allows for experimentation and discussion. Tonight’s featured Seattle composers: Ann Cummings, Jeremiah Lawson, Jeremy Shaskus & Nadya Kadrevis, and Clement Reid.
