A few months ago, I came across Keir Neuringer’s solo saxophone record Ceremonies Out of The Air a truly striking and beautiful disc, and one that I find myself revisiting now, months later. At the time of its release, Neuringer and I corresponded briefly in the hopes of finding some time to conduct an interview. The timing wasn’t right, especially given the extensive tour Neuringer was about to embark upon in support of ‘Ceremonies’. But months later, we were able to find the time and the result is below.
