The Juilliard Percussion Ensemble’s performance of Elliott Carter, Lukas Ligeti, and others is reviewed.

Kvist Records has put out a CD release of two older Tom Hamilton recordings, Pieces for Kohn and Formal and Informal Music. Hamilton has been composing and performing for over 40 years, and his work with electronic music originated in the late-60s era of analog synthesis.
