Quartet Offensive is a Baltimore outfit that produces jagged avant-jazz-rock. Well worthwhile if you like the modern bands in the style those recently featured on Cuneiform Records. (Quartet Offensive is not on Cuneiform, but they could fit that label reasonably well.)
